Acceptable Use Policy

The LiquidVolt Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of LiquidVolt Service. LiquidVolt may modify this AUP at any time, without notice. The items contained in this AUP are not intended to be exhaustive, but rather they are intended to function as guideline.

You may only use LiquidVolt’s services for lawful purposes. Any material transmitted to LiquidVolt’s services in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation is strictly prohibited. Using LiquidVolt’s services to commit, or to conspire to commit, illegal activities (e.g., copyright infringement) is strictly prohibited as well.

You may not use LiquidVolt’s services to send unsolicited e-mail (i.e. spam) or otherwise encourage or perpetuate unsolicited e-mails (e.g., supplying spamming tools.)

You may not use LiquidVolt’s services to transmit or otherwise disseminate adult materials.

You may not transmit, executive, or otherwise disseminate or employ services related to hacking activities. You may not use LiquidVolt’s services to access any network or system without the owner’s consent (e.g., Denial of Service attacks.)

You may not use LiquidVolt’s services as a backup device, unless you have specifically contracted with LiquidVolt to provide cloud-based storage solutions.

You may not cause undue strain upon LiquidVolt’s services. What constitutes undue strain will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

You may not use LiquidVolt’s services for applications you have not contracted with us for (e.g., running online game servers.)

Violations of the terms of LiquidVolt’s Terms of Service or AUP may result in suspension or termination of your LiquidVolt services.
